Inviting Applications of Research Assistants / Research Officers for the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty Project at Rashtriya Raksha University

The Rashtriya Raksha University is looking for excellent Research Officers/ Research Assistants in the field of Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLAT) with an appropriate legal background and good knowledge of the legal framework existing in India and its partner nations in combating security-related issues such as transnational crimes, terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering, counterfeiting currency, smuggling of arms and explosives, etc. The concerned individuals are expected to perform appropriate legal research and background research of case laws in India and abroad pertaining to the various legal challenges in the MLAT architecture.

In consonance with the same, this would also work towards the capacity-building of such individuals whose work may benefit from good exposure and would get the opportunity to work with various security organisations and agencies of the Government of India. Sharing such an opportunity with the Indian community in Portugal would thus be beneficial in terms of the skills, knowledge and diversity of thoughts the concerned person would bring to the position.
