INS Tarkash Port Call at Lisbon - Reception hosted onboard INS Tarkash at Lisbon (15.05.2017)

Indian Naval Ship Tarkash made a Port Call at Lisbon Port from 14-16 May 2017. INS Tarkash is being commanded by Capt Rituraj Sahu and is a part of Indian Navy's Western Fleet. The ship with its 302 crew members was in Portugal on a “Flag Showing Mission” on a goodwill visit. 
In March 2015, Tarkash was deployed as a part of Operation Raahat to evacuate Indian citizens and other foreign nationals from Yemen.
