Second Constitution Day was observed by Indian Embassy Lisbon on November 26, 2016 with Indian community. Approx. 50 people of NRIs/PIOs and professionals attended the function. Charge d'Affairs read out the Preamble of the Indian Constitution and gave brief overview of the constitution. Some prominent NRIs/PIOs also spoke on Dr. Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar's life and his contribution in Drafting the Indian Constitution as well as main features of the constitution.
